Pastor Justin Morris
Pastor Justin Morris has served the Lord since the age of 17. Pastor Justin started going to church at the age of five, but he didn't "get it" until the age of 17. At the age of 19 Justin made the decision to go into the Army where he had a long and distinguished career. In 1992, at the age of 22, Pastor Justin decided it was time to become a licensed minister through PEC, a decision that opened doors for him to minister to those in the military. In 1997 Justin wrote to the then PEC Bishop, Reverend James Hill, and asked to be Ordained. Bishop Hill granted his request, and he was ordained. Pastor Justin served as a minister of the Gospel while continuing his military service leaving the military in 2000 and returning to service in December of 2006 with the National Guard. In January of 2007, he took a fulltime job with the National Guard, retiring from active federal service on June 12th, 2020.
In 2002, the then PEC Bishop, Reverend Richard Hutsell, requested he complete his Biblical education. Justin got right to work, finishing his course of study in 2006. In 2006 Justin took his first Pastor's job as a Youth Pastor in Wenatchee, Washington.
On January 26th, 2018, Pastor Justin took on the role of Bishop for the PEC and served in that role with distinction until January 2022, and is now proudly serving the body of the fellowship as the
Vice President of the PEC.
